Care is led by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with full prescriptive authority and experience in primary care, complex conditions, and long-term health planning.
We are a private-pay (cash, debit, credit, or ACH) clinic only and not do not accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any health plans. However, our services generally qualify as medical care under IRS guidelines. Many patients successfully use HSA/FSA funds. We provide documentation you can submit to your plan administrator.

Foundational Care — $250/month
Typically chosen for stability and ongoing maintenance -

Ongoing Guided Care Pricing (Established Patients)
Most patients choose ongoing care to maintain progress and adjust their plan over time.
You choose the level of support that fits your goals.
Concierge Care — $1000/month

Advanced Care — $500/month
