Is Circle & Sage a primary care clinic?
Yes. Circle & Sage provides primary care support along with functional medicine services.
Who provides the care?
Care is provided by a licensed Nurse Practitioner.
Can a Nurse Practitioner prescribe medication?
Yes. Nurse Practitioners can evaluate patients, order labs, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing care within their scope of practice.
Do you take insurance?
Circle & Sage is currently a cash-pay only clinic but is pending approval for insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
Can I still use my insurance for labs or medications?
In some cases, you may be able to use insurance for outside labs, imaging, prescriptions, or specialist care. This depends on your insurance plan and the service being provided.
Do you replace my specialist?
No. We can work alongside your existing specialists and help coordinate care when needed.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a list of medications, supplements, recent labs, medical history, and any questions or concerns you want to discuss.
Is functional medicine only for people with chronic illness?
No. Functional medicine can also support prevention, healthy aging, energy, nutrition, and long-term wellness.
